Troubleshooting
Fix job search and filter problems
Reset to an unfiltered job list, add constraints one at a time, and distinguish no matching inventory from a technical failure.
An empty search does not always mean the page is broken. Published jobs change as employers create, pause, close, or fill roles, and a strict combination of keywords and filters can legitimately return nothing. Reset the search first, then rebuild it one constraint at a time.
Return to a clean result set

Return to the talent workflow and rebuild the search from broad terms when filters become too restrictive.
- Open Find Jobs.
- Clear the keyword field.
- Remove every active filter.
- Reload once.
- Confirm that you are signed into a Talent account.
- Search one broad role or tool.
- Add one filter and check the result before adding another.
If the unfiltered page shows jobs but the filtered page does not, the intersection is too narrow or no current listing matches it. Remove the least important constraint rather than repeating the same search.
Try employer vocabulary
Job titles vary. Search the work and tools as well as your preferred title: customer service, customer support, executive assistant, operations assistant, bookkeeper, QuickBooks, video editor, or another accurate term. Use singular and plural variants and check spelling. Do not type a long sentence into a keyword box.
The Help Center accepts common misspellings and synonyms more flexibly than every product filter. A Help result for a phrase does not prove a job with that phrase currently exists.
A known job is missing
Open its direct URL from Applied, Favorites, or the original message. The employer may have paused or closed it, it may have reached its job-wide application limit, or the public state may have changed while an old tab remained open. A listing disappearing from search does not necessarily delete an already submitted application. Check Applied separately.
If the URL returns a clear unavailable state, continue searching rather than trying to bypass it. Support cannot reopen a closed job or submit an application after a limit on behalf of talent.
Favorites do not match
A Favorite saves a job for your account; it does not reserve the opening. Confirm you used the same email and check Favorites. Reload after saving. A saved job may remain identifiable even when it no longer accepts applications. Remove stale items to keep the list useful.
Rule out browser state
Retry in a private window with extensions disabled. If that works, clear only RemoteFilipino site data in the normal browser. Test on a stable network and avoid rapid back-and-forward navigation while filters update. Capture the full filter bar and URL before resetting if you need support to reproduce the problem.
Improve the search rather than only widening it
Check your actual schedule, experience, and target responsibilities. Follow closely related categories and revisit new jobs regularly. A broad search should help discover vocabulary, but read the complete listing and apply only when there is credible fit. The platform cannot guarantee open roles in every specialty or schedule at all times.
Contact support if the unfiltered page fails, filters produce contradictory results, or a clearly Published direct link errors. Include account email, URL, keyword, active filters, expected result, actual result, time, browser, and screenshot.
