Understand Concierge Hiring

Decide whether the current hands-on hiring service fits your role, timeline, and internal review capacity.

Updated Sep 4, 2026Reviewed by RemoteFilipino Support

Concierge Hiring is the more hands-on RemoteFilipino route for employers who want assistance beyond self-service job posting and talent browsing. Service scope, eligibility, availability, process, and commercial terms can change, so open the current Concierge Hiring page and read the terms shown before purchase or commitment.

Compare with self-service

RemoteFilipino self-service job-posting workflow

Self-service starts with a job brief; concierge hiring adds hands-on assistance around that hiring need.

In self-service hiring, your team creates the company profile and job, reviews applications and profiles, sends messages, unlocks contacts where available, interviews candidates, and makes the hiring decision. This works best when someone internally can own the search and respond promptly.

Concierge Hiring may add sourcing, screening, coordination, or other assistance described in the current offer. It does not remove the need for your company to define the role, provide timely feedback, conduct appropriate final evaluation, and make lawful employment or contracting decisions. Do not assume that a past description, price, or delivery timeline still applies.

Prepare before the initial conversation

Document the business outcome, recurring responsibilities, essential skills, required tools, working hours and time-zone overlap, employment arrangement, compensation range, manager, interview participants, and target start date. Separate real must-haves from preferences. Identify any regulatory, data-access, or customer-security constraints that affect the work.

Describe why the role has been difficult to fill and what a successful first 30 to 90 days would look like. A narrow, contradictory, or below-market brief can limit results regardless of how the search is managed.

Confirm the current engagement

Before paying, verify:

  • Which sourcing, screening, scheduling, or advisory steps are included
  • What information and response times your team must provide
  • The expected timeline and how pauses affect it
  • How candidates are presented and who contacts them
  • The amount, currency, payment schedule, cancellation, and refund terms
  • What any replacement or guarantee language specifically covers

The live offer, checkout, written agreement, and Terms control. A managed service cannot ethically guarantee that a particular person will accept an offer, perform indefinitely, or remain employed.

During the search

Provide feedback on presented candidates quickly and against the agreed criteria. If every profile is rejected for a new requirement, update the brief explicitly and discuss the effect on timing. Keep interviews consistent and job-related. Protect candidate data and avoid requesting sensitive documents before a legitimate need and secure process exist.

Your team should verify employment history, references, identity, equipment, or background information to the extent appropriate and lawful. RemoteFilipino assistance is not a substitute for your organization’s legal, payroll, security, or management responsibilities.

If you have a problem

Use the contact route in the engagement confirmation and include the company name, account email, role, milestone or candidate affected, date, expected outcome, and relevant written term. For a missing payment confirmation, include the receipt reference but never send full card or bank details.

If you are still deciding, send support a concise role brief and ask which current route fits. No one should pressure you to pay through an unofficial link or to disclose a sign-in code.
